cleaner physically, the corsair has fewer cables that are not modular. and I would assume that if it is cheaper it is probably lower quality in some way, however corsair has a good name so they could be using that for a markup.
according to that, they are both really good but the corsair still wins in efficiency and how little electrical noise it makes. and as I said before it has fewer fixed cables, the corsair has 4 while the seasonic has 7 that I could count.
The Seasonic that Wolf reviewed was actually an old revision with a few design flaws. The current model has better ripple suppression and I believe better efficiency as well. This review is more representative of the performance you'd get from it: XFX 850W Black Edition Review
