Cost of Left 4 Dead 2 Steam in Canadian?

I'm looking at pre-ordering Left 4 Dead 2 but I don't have a credit card. I could but a $50 prepaid one but would that be enough for the 44.99USD it iis to preorder? So can anyone tell me how much it cost them to preorder in canadian?
