i'm using CPU client 6.23, but for some reason on my second PC (q6600) its mainly using core 2. my main rig with the e8400 seems to be using both atm but i have seen it where its only using the 2nd core aswell. is this normal?

E8400 @ 3.6GHz w/ Lapped TRUE 120
EVGA GTX260 Core 216 SC

If you are using the standard CPU client it is designed to run on one core. To use more cores you need to run multiple instances of the client or use the SMP CPU version...
