I think it only came with the Xtreme Edition
socket 1336 980X Extreme (as well as the 990X apparently).
One of the shorter lived extreme processors as there was very little replacement 1336 motherboard stock once the initial batch(es) started failing.

So that isn't necessarily a crappy part... it's vintage! 
It MOST CERTAINLY does not..... not the 1st time I've seen similar listings, although most of those type of mistakes seem to be where people say their setup has 16GB or 32GB of RAM, when in fact they have half that amount..... seems a lot of people can't correctly read what the little sticker on their RAM is telling them.
Yet ANOTHER person that thinks by posting their original receipt, they're entitled to overcharge for old hardware!
Obviously, they're entitled to ask whatever price they want, but will they get it, is the question...... but then, given that at least part of it is apparently alien technology ( PSU is apparently a "Roswell", rather than a Rosewill ), maybe their asking price isn't so bad.
