Well When I use my step-up program I should be able to run it at high and hopefully very high.

Everytime I see his name I think of Pirates. A big, dirty, bad looking pirate with a black cover on his left eye with a dirty black beard!
 
It's actually derived from Friedrich Barbarossa (meaning redbeard) who was the holy Roman Emporer during the second crusade (if I remember right). He actually drowned in his armor on the way to the crusade while crossing a stream- they carried him the rest of the way in a pickle barrel so he wouldn't rot.
