I have had absolutely dismal results against (non-tormented) duriel.... over 200 runs and not a single uber drop. :(

No indication that they've nerfed his drops, but it sure as hell feels like it to me. I think I'm right on the edge of being able to solo tormented bosses, but it'd be a major slog. (Sure as hell not the 1 minute duriel runs on normal).

Running boss mats is such a bloody grind.

Totally agree.

I know its not for you, but most people run a 'rotation' (usually you'll see it called 'rota' in trade chat) to lessen the grind. Get a full group and leech everyones mats; This way you get an additional 4 runs for every round-robin hand in and thus taking your stones from 2 per boss to 2 per 4 bosses.

Apparently each new seasonal character gets an RS from the iron wolves helltide quest(s). Might be quicker just to roll 3 characters in order to get enough for a Shako (really the only "great" uber unique).
 
Still hate they labeled everything in eternal Legacy 🤬 after I ran so many many many many many runs to get it now it's locked can't be masterworked.

This is what I did for my harlequin crest. You can also get an additional spark by killing Uber lillith. Or being carried through.

I don't play nice in the sandbox with others so strictly solo play for me. :)

Got 10 - 12hrs into a character and probably 70% iron wolves "honor" complete.

Apparently stacking thorns at relatively low levels (tempering) does the trick. It looks to me like the honor count required for each level stays the same so it's not a thing where you really need to level all that much (although the way I did it I'm up to 62 with a few more left.

Nope, not correct. It does increase as you get closer to the end of the rewards. That said... spamming wazzerface does seem to add up fairly quickly and I've got a ton of mats for that.
