DDR3 and DDR4 production ending this year?

I'm mostly surprised that Shop RBC is somehow still hanging on. They were always a B-tier, maybe C-tier online store. Kind of impressed they're still holding on, though I wonder if they're functionally a drop-shipper at this point.

From google street view it would appear they've got an actual brick and mortar store, it doesn't look very big, but it's a storefront which surprised me. I always assumed they were strictly a drop shipping business.

I remember them having a store prior, but it was on the edge of a city somewhere in Ontario. Suspect it's a very small shop/mostly service location that otherwise drop ships, but I've never been there in person so I can't say for sure.

Edit: Looked it up and seems like it's the edge of the commercial area of Ottawa. Small service center+drop ship is almost certainly the case.

They have been around fore fore many years , They tend not to have stock of much but will have it transferred in fore your order . :)

it seems they have two websites...

https://rbcomputing.com/ and the one you shared, https://www.shoprbc.com/ca/

however, on the first site they have a note saying they do not provide support for orders from the other one. LoL!
Not that shocking. The former seems very much to be their build/service while the later is the retail shop. I'm guessing mostly to avoid clogging service email and phones with retail inquiries or order issues (and possibly RB's assuming they would grow more than they did).

Maybe a little clumsy, but it makes sense.
