Reading more about it, I'd suggest that line is at the very least poorly worded.

I have had a set of Hynix (Dominators) 2*16G kit 6200 C36 for about 18 months I think....since I built the Z690 system.
I was never able to get it stable 6200 C36 on my Apex regardless of how much tweaking I tried!

I wound up setting it at 6000 C32 and it has been running great since....perhaps a new BIOS, but to be quite honest, the system games great, so havent been mucking w it!
