Hey

Thinking about selling one of my PCs to a friend - just not sure how much I should ask for.

i5-750 (aftermarket cooler)
GTX 275
8GB Ram
80GB Intel SSD (SATA 2)
1TB HDD
No idea what mobo. It's all in a pretty nice HTPC format case.

Is $500 too much?

Unless its an expensive case/power supply I would say $500 is on the high side. I would say $400...less for a friend.

That's pretty high IMO. I built a faster PC minus the SSD for my sister for $350 (AMD X6 1090t, 8GB Ram, GTX 470) all sourced from used parts.

I would put that more at $300
