DIY Keyboard Vendors Recommendation

Well I spent the last 2 hours trying to replace some of the broken / non responsive keys on my cheap mechanical keyboard only to end up ripping one of the contact pad from the trace. So now I have a bag of 28 odd switches with no where to go. Anyone got a recommendation on DIY kits and vendors? I'm not paying $250 CAD for a kit, that's over kill.

I been looking at KPrepublic since they carry the same Kailh blue switches that I have and 80% TKL hot swap kit. At least I can reuse my key caps and only need to buy about 60 more keys to make it work.

Kailh also has an Aliexpress store.
