do any of the Adesso webcams support Windows Hello

you would think for all high end webcams, they would support Windows Hello this day and age, but Adesso website doesn't say, spec sheet doesn't say and Google only turns up one result on PCPartsPicker saying their H8 4K cam does, but the single report isn't enough to validate the function imo.

Did you get a security key to enable it?

The only requirement for Hello to work is Windows 1903 update, ANY IR-enabled camera, and a security key.

when you say security key, you mean one of those fobs?

If this is Windows Hello for Business (domain-joined or Azure AD joined device), then I believe it generally creates the key pair for you, though you can opt to use certificates as well. You'd have to ensure you have the proper AD version and forest level as well if on-prem.

If it's just a home machine, then it should just work.

As Sagath mentioned it should work for any IR-enabled camera, so that is what you want to look for in the specs.
