if the lan is on your motherboard go to the motherboard maker site and download from there I usually get my onboard drivers and other such things from the motherboard manufactory site just make sure it is the right motherboard
You understand you don't have to update drivers if they are working fine, unless you're upgrading them to get new feature sets. But as I said, if everything is working fine, you don't have to update drivers. Only drivers I tend to update over time are chipset and video drivers, but lan/wifi/audio drivers I don't normally have to update those if they are working fine; if not, I will try an update.

Realtek is not really geared for direct driver distribution that is why their site is such a mess. They positioned their distribution to intentionally go through windows update or through the MB manufacturer.
relentlessly fighting for the latest version of every piece of software is not worth the time or effort unless there is a problem or discussed security vulnerability.
Often if it is not available through the MB manufacturer it means the driver update has not actually been validated with the board yet.
