You know Bits Power and Optimus PC have newer blocks ( summit M pro and the OPC V3 ) and 269$usd is only for the new V3, the OPC intel foundation block for 134$USD and the AM4/5 block started at 119$usd, Yes I heard a few years ago people had problems getting through and dealing with there customers service, this is not to say they didn't have there teething problems, but to my understanding over the last few years this has been worked out. Don't get me wrong I think there are several decent water blocks out there and Bits Power is one of them I am just not a fan.

Came here to say the same thing too with similar luck as I too have not had any issues with their AIO coolers.

And most people buy corsair all in one. I've purchased several, no complaints.

I've been buying their AIO's since they started with them and I've always had to upgrade (because of compatiabilty) vs having one fail on me.
Even for people I've built PC's for, I've yet to have one come back or die on me.

They just work.
My hands just are NOT cut out for doing a custom loop anymore.

Have had multiple dead AIOs come to me including Corsair (none of these I installed). All of them have been pump failures, one of them the pump failure was caused by corrosion that caused the pump to cease, rest just plain dead pumps.

10+ years of D5 pumps never had one fail yet. Multiple dead DDC pumps though.
