I'm surprise EK still found suppliers to work with them. Anyway they are announcing new blocks for Nvidia 5080 and 5090.

Yeah... 5 weeks now and no response from them, you may just get some other random item instead.

Feels really weird that they are pushing new products when they can't even respond to support tickets.

I have my doubts that any of those getting ordered make their way to the customers. :cautious:

Stock will be available through local reseller partners as well as EK Shop, so customers can pick one up locally if they don't want to order direct. We've all been working hard to ship out orders and clear support tickets, but totally understand that it will take time to regain trust in the community as we catch up to speed.

Welcome to our forums, but this social media presence isn't really helping build back any trust. Copying and pasting the same post everywhere is doing the opposite IMO. It should really be "all hands on deck" with the backlog of support requests and orders before taking new orders and releasing new products.

I had sent you my order number and email address over on Reddit as requested 22 days ago, without any response either. I've made 3 attempts through various means of opening a ticket too. Since Monday marks week 6, I'll see what PayPal can do to recoup some of this ~$330CAD that I've lost as patience is wearing thin.

Yeah the trust in ekwb is gone. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy their blocks. Order from alphacool/watercool/bitspower/optimus etc instead. There's numerous people with support tickets unresolved at this time.

At least for now their bank accounts aren't blocked. Do note one of the bank blocked their account as recent as Jan 2025.
