Hey all. I'm building another new computer, but then since I'm using this one solely to OC, what would be the cheapest build, but can be used later on for other uses? I'm going to give this to my brother after when I'm done with it.

So, I need a build that is best for OCing (Min 4Ghz, using dry ice) while cheap, and can be used for gaming after)

My budget is about 500$.

Just kidding...like my "older" E8400, cannot get it past 4.05 Ghz without pushing well past 1.45v, although, they're cheap enough now...hhhmmm...know where I'm going with this?
