VCZ reporting on a Japanese article about fake Samsung 990 Pro SSD. The box looks the same but the color looks off. The PCB is also different but the sticker is very similar. The only way to tell is to use Samsung Magician software which mean you have to open it up. By that time the retailer may be long gone or don't really care.
