Fan headers Case or Motherboard ?

provided not exceed 12Watt limit for fan header

Dont exceed 12Watt for the Mobo header or case header ?

And how can i know if it exceed 12Watt or no ?

Do the Math

MB FAN header by adding up what fan(s) is connected to MB

if fan has no info then need to use a multi-meter to find current load

eg.
