LOL - sort of works in a strange way. I guess it's has a low threat from tsunamis. However, the electrical light over the water in an earthquake zone seems risky.

I think I would be more comfortable with the PC on top of the aquarium in the long term. But a neat project nonetheless.

I think it would be good for a HTPC/home server type scenario, could have it in your living room without it really looking like a PC.

I don't trust that at all. not so worried about a leak, though it is a concern, than the heat spikes the water will have between intense processing vs. idle times and such. that will stress the fish badly and kill them, whether from the stress or the diseases they will contract when it's too hot vs. too cold.
