What is best to play FSX on a 1080 TV, a 2500k or a 2600k , and what will be a good GPU to match it ?

For Flight Sim X for cpu a 2500K is fine as well 7850.

I am using i7 2600k, ssd, and EVGA 560 ti 2win, and I am running Flight Sim full out 70-120 fps with ease
