The base Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands is on Steam for 60% off, $23.99 CAD, until 25 Sep.

That's the cheapest I've seen I believe. Not sure if the game is worth that, seen some negative reviews but Mostly Positive rating on Steam. It has been on my Steam wishlist for a while. Still not sure if it is worth picking up.
