Getting BSOD! someone please help me solve the problem

i just got a brand new computer the specs are

cpu: i5 760
mobo: asus maximus iii gene
ram: g. skills ECO 4gbs
gfx: gigabyte gtx 460 1gb
hdd: western digital black
psu: seasonic s12ii 620w


The problem is, my system keeps on locking and i get the Blue Screen of Death

Is the system stock? If not, put it back to stock speeds.

Code fe has to do with a USB driver issue, remove all flash drives and accessories if there are any.

Code 116 is your video card driver, try updating to the newest driver here: NVIDIA Driver Downloads - Advanced Search

If the system is brand new, I'd suggest taking it back to the seller as no new system should BSOD.
