Gigabyte Working on Four Z68 Based Motherboards with mSATA

Gigabyte announced today that they are working on four new Z68 based motherboards that include support for mSATA.

While the concept behind mSATA, SSD caching, is nothing new per se Gigabyte's blog explains benefits of the technology:

Have you read the Z68 reviews? The exact name of it is escaping me, but from what I've gathered this is to be used similar to how Segate's hybrid SSD/HDD drive does, with the caching of most used things on the SSD. Seems nice.
