Google Hub 2nd Gen - Spotify and just feels broken

Surely I can't be the only one, I've adopted and have been using the Google eco system for some time. I have 3 Google Hub Displays, and generally have been working with minimal issue(s). I would say recently, in the last month or slightly more, it started to go downhill.

One simple task, that I used often was Spotify playback. Now, if it works, its spotty at best. I've done all the obvious and suggested fixes, but sadly even if it works for a day or two, its just not stable.

Curious if anyone else has had similar experiences, and was there anything you did to fix it? I guess I just hoped that this would just work, I know wishful thinking but truly, this can't be that shit can it?

I thought at first it was my DNS blacklists causing issues, but I've got the devices now using Google DNS .... no other means of blocking or traffic policing.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be great. I am posting this for meaningful feedback, not the Google is shit this and that.
