Half Life 2 odd issue

I contacted steam they seem to not be able to help even though its there game...........Everything you can think of on a pc and mine is updated with newest drivers...but i get this now after hl2 did its new update

The first one suggests potential shader issues as a trigger panel should obviously not be visible.

-right click game in library
-properties
-installed files
-Verify Integrity of game files

you can also delete pre-cached shaders if that will help clear out any corruption.

I replayed it recently too and had one such issue: the fight at the lighthouse after the car level, just before Sandtraps I think. The glass around the lighthouse bulb had a pink and grey checkerboard pattern. I think it was because I loaded that map manually because I'd been through there already without any issues. Seems like the game gets confused when you do things out of order. Did you do anything like that?

NO i just played it from the Begining after the new updates were applied for the 20 yrs of hl2
