I know this is a fraction of the price, but I would love a Fluke myself.
Be nice to know but then again I have 5 probes
It would be nice to know how accurate they are though.

It would be nice if manufacturers would establish standard safe temps for some method of temperature monitoring- it's hard to find consistency.
