Couple of thoughts here..... it might be helpful to mention whether or not there's any warranty left on any of these drives, and if shipping is included, or on top of, the listed prices.

Unfortunately no warranty left and no, shipping is not included :(

But I fully test the drives with full wipe and verify using HD Tune Pro:

Wish I was in the position to just take the whole lot but not in the budget atm. Enough drives to update the NAS and the UNVR with some leftovers as replacements.

Another thought about your 1st post here - at the top it looks like you still have 2x Seagate Skyhawk(which I THINK is probably correct) for sale, but right below that you have them listed as "SOLD"..... looking like ALL the drives are sold. Should probably clarify, in case you DO still have a couple of those drives, and someone else might be interested.

Which ones did 250mbs? Might snag 1-2 of those for cold storage. Kind of hard to commit to HDD's these days given the cost of SSD's has gone down substantially but for long term storage they are still the go-to. Probably could raid two of them and use in a much more lively fashion.

Also do you recall how much noise they generate? I went through like 6 drives because the spin up/down was obnoxious (no they were not defective). I even just disabled the spindown so they would spin 24/7 (not good for longevity). I ended up just forking up money for 2tb ssd's.

Had 4 skyhawk's in total, 2 left (I did want to track total inventory for those that sold and are remaining). Lots of items sold, everything is packaged up. I DM'ed buyers directly with status updates, tracking will be provided today.

If only I didn't fire up my external portable HDD and realize how utterly balls slow disk platters were compared to NVMe I would have bought the last two. Still useful for a NAS/server at home for someone else.
