I don't know if that site can be trusted. If you look at the seller, a lot of them are 3rd party on Amazon. Look at the guy selling an EXO 14TB, US seller shipping to Canada. That's going to be a pain in the ass to deal with.

well I order loads of stuff from sellers in the US and never had a single problem but of course, you should check who you buy from and if you are not cool with it then don't buy
