help me build cheap and sturdy PC!

hi, i need to build a new computer for my sister in university, she only needs word and surfing the net and some 1080p video play backs. so heres what i put together.

Gigabyte MA78GM-S2H $81 or the ECS A780GM for $69 :help:
CPU not sure, a $70 ones or lower, any suggestion? :help:
Ram will be OCZ pc2-6400 i already have $20
2 x WD640 harddrive $150
Case maybe the [FONT=Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Antec NSK3480 or the Asus TM-B11 but i do need something small like these ones.:help:
(i am searching for case with no PSU for $40-$50. and with PSU $60-80) if case with no PSU will pull the PSU from my sonta III.:help:
window XP from old P4 computer.

any advice about the parts would be great !

you can most likely get a 5000+ BE for 70,very easy to OC ,but add another 20-30 for hsf..or a retail boxed 4400+ / 4800+ for about the same hsf included.

I know it is a little over your specs but it would be a solid little box. The only thing I can think of otherwise is to get the ATI 4670 when it comes out or a 9600 instead of the 9800gt that would save a couple bucks and be more then enough however with the little price diff the 9800GT is a steal. You can get a cheaper processor but you really start scraping the bottom of the barrel below $80
