Lenovo has two SCREAMING liquidation deals on their ThinkPad T14 AMD Gen 3. They are 60% off regular price and I can confirm these aren't inflated numbers to make it look better. Our list price for similar models w/ 3 year warranty and touch screens is $2600 and $2400...our costs start at just over $2100!

Ryzen 7 6850U aka R7 7735U w/ 680M iGPU which is around 10% slower than the 780M, so still quite good.
- 16GB of RAM and 512GB SSD, FHD Cam w/IR RGB, non-touch, Win 11 Pro, 1 Year Depot Warranty*

Ryzen 5 6650U aka R5 7650U w/ 660M iGPU , which is 35% slower than the 760M or 40% slower than the 680M.
- same specs but no IR RGB and does have a touch display

*Lenovo doesn't offer it, but you can upgrade to 3 year depot warranty for $139.00. You have 30 days to do this, so if anyone buys one and is interested in this, all I need your contact info to register and the s/n to start the process.

One appears to be American link that does not ship to canada*, second link does go to the CAD store.

3.3k CAD for the first one via CAD store

They show up on my logged in account and allow me to add them to cart @ $729 & $849 (I tried the $849). I didn't go past the payment phase, but it seemed to be accepting my canadian mailing address as well as adding in the appropriate HST.

Looks to me like it's working fine.

They're maybe only available to see correctly if you're logged in to a Lenovo partner account? When logged in, I can see that the first SKU is sold out, but the second one is still available ATM. Although you'd likely need to purchase through a Lenovo partner.

Image is in CAD$

Edited my post first one completely blocked me from ordering it with a Canadian address, out right rejecting postal codes in the checkout process (was going to order for the office). Second one worked as expected.

These go on sale often enough, but this model is likely out of production soon so I still think it's a stellar deal:

Samsung 1440 Ultrawide @ Visions

I have 'almost' the same monitor as my primary driver and it's amazing for productivity. Crisp text, easy on the eyes, great color and clarity. And the built in hub is phenomenal for laptop use. Especially if you switch back and forth between a laptop and desktop for work.

Costco has a good deal on an HP Pavilion (ewww, I know, I know) for $800.00 that comes with a Core Ultra 125H, 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, 15.6" FHD display, FHD webcam, Intel Arc iGPU, Wifi 6 and Bt 5.3. it's biggest flaw, aside from being a Pavilion, is port selection: 1x HDMI, 1x USB-C and 2x USB A 3.0...no mention on what HDMI version, but I'd expect it would be at least 2.0 with Arc being the GPU.

I'm kicking myself for not having the courage to finally go AM5. 7900X3D was under 400 in June... Wonder when that'll happen again. Although I'm still not convinced that I wouldn't prefer a 7900X (or 9700x?) for the higher base clocks many don't seem to mention. Oh well, guess I'll try to be patient.
