You can buy a packaging at your local shipping company or post office, they always have what you need:) My solution is to keep the popcorn in the box I receive. I put my item in a slice of bubblewrap, pop another slice for fun;) full the box with the re-used pop corn:p hey I'm ecologic:p place the item in the middle fill the rest of the box and...TALAM. Then tape all the opening of the box also secure the bottom, never know what can happen. And ship you will be a happy shipper:)

The wife laughs at me....but I always keep my shipping material that my parts arrive in just in case of this situation.....

btw...some Companies (such as Evga) specify NOT to use "popcorn" packing material....

"Popcorn" can be bad because the item can "sift" through them and get to the bottom of the box, and then it's bye bye box and item.

Bubble wrap, bubble wrap, bubble wrap... Or, as I learned from a more recently purchased item, clean rags make for decent packing. Although they weigh the package down a bit more.
