How do you remove a PCIE metal bracket?

like you know those things at the back of the case that are covered by metal until you insert a graphics card? i need to remove one of them and i dont know the safest way to go about doing that.

If its screwed in .. take out the screw.

If its attached to the actual case... You need to push and twist them out. Now if you have components in your case you need to be EXTRA careful to not scratch anything.
