How many Attempts does Purolator make?

I just missed one shippment of all of my stuff... what do I do?
Do they try again, or do I have to call them, or do I have to pick it up from the warehouse?

Purolator only makes one attempt. They no longer leave the dock knocker so expect a call around 5 local time to let you know you can pick it up at a specific location (same place that'll be listed from online tracking)

personally I will never deal with Purolator again , out of the 5 times I have used them they claimed 4 times that I wasn't home which is a complete lie I have had to drive all the way across town to pick up my parts. I have never had any problems with any other company.

Do you know if that's a national policy or just something that your local delivery contractor is saying? Sounds a bit too much like a cop-out for when you say they didn't even try to deliver because there isn't a sticker..........

I got one for my package that was attempted yesterday. Too bad they ignored the SnR sticker they put the door knocker right next to.

You can pick it up at their depot, but I just call them if I miss my package and they deliver my package again the next day, did it more than once. :whistle:

I believe its a new national policy as i sent them an angry email (purolator canada) asking why there was no door knocker last month when i ordered my ssd and they told me its something new they are doing. They will call the number you have with the order if they cannot deliver to you sometime in the evening of that delivery attempt to tell you where to pick it up.
