How's the Corsair HX750w 80+ platinum PSU.

It's a solid power supply. Personally I wouldn't opt for the added cost of platinum rated power supplies unless you are keeping your PC at high load nearly 24/7. If you want to stay with Corsair, I would personally go for a 2018 version RMx. You won't go wrong with the HX if you are fine with the cost and size though.

I think you should definitely take an older RM 650/750x instead of hx750. Also, don't overpay for extra power if you're building a regular PC and it's not a Dual GPU SLI/XFire build with really power-hungry and high - voltage 125w CPUs like old FX 8350. 650w is more than enough for most builds.

I got the RM750x 80+ Gold PSU. Works as it should. Lol
