HP (UK) forcing minimum 15 minute wait times on phone support?

HP has been trash for years and it's gotten to the point that if you buy an HP product, it's almost on you for the poor decision making.

Brand recognition is the only thing that's keeping them from bankruptcy it feels like.

I was happy enough with the gtx 1650 laptop I had, but that was 4 years ago, and on the budget side of things.

Do they sell much other than corporate boxes these days?
 
And the games they play with printers I'd not touch one of their printers. We should start buying only dy computers to stick it to them :)

In all seriousness i'd be surprised if their support center ever answered a call before 15 minutes in the first place. A lot of these larger guys are pretty poot quality of support to begin with, and don't do much more than read from a script with anything outside of that script needing to be elevated.

My laser is an HP, but it's a tank model (you just pour new toner into the tank) so there's no option of cartridge tomfoolery.
