I hate Realtek drivers

Realtek has always come across as providing products to manufacturers and leaving it up to those manufacturers to provide the customer facing drivers/software. They've never really been focused on providing consumer access to drivers for the products they were selling to manufacturers. This was especially troublesome when it came to their audio products.

Bottom line..... don't look for your motherboard drivers on the realtek site, treat them like proprietary laptop drivers and get them from your motherboard support page.
 
Just use NDIS driver. You can either install it via install or simply extract the package and use device manager to point to the directory and install update manually (that's what I do).

EDIT: Use NetAdapterCx driver for Windows 11 then :)
