Already bought the Thinkpad e495. which I think is the lowest end thinkpad.

battery life sucks. Overall good performance. but battery eh....
Want to know what POWERBANK usb c to get for it?

Any recommendations?

It's a Ryzen 3500u? That's meant more for light gaming and multimedia, not battery life.
Have you tried a custom power profile for when you're not plugged in? Undervolting would be a good idea too.

3500 cheap one from mikes. Should disabling some cores and run it dual core help lol.. I am just guessing lol. undervolting seems like a lot of trial and error right? I guess somepeople out there have already tweaked this model.. I will search

undervolt. I can’t speak to your current cpu, but I have undervolted all my laptops with substantial gains in battery life and drops in temps.

What kind of battery life are you getting and in what conditions ? I got myself an X395 with a 3500u and I knew what I was getting into and I get satisfying battery life. It is not what reviews said, but still good enough.
