Am I crazy thinking this might be worth $225 - $250?

What about just the GPU? (I might just keep the rest of the hardware to play with TrueNas Scale).

You're at least in the ballpark..... I think $250 MIGHT be pushing it..... I recently sold an Asus Z170-sumthin-or-other, with a 6600k for, IIRC, $100(and it didn't attract a lot of attention at that price), and a R9 390(8GB) for $50..... a 550-600W PSU can often be had, at least around here, for ~$30, MAYBE $40(yours probably on the higher end), so does 16GB of 2666 DDR4, that SSD, and a GTX 1650 make up the difference?
