Intel's Thunderbolt 4 standard has higher minimum requirements than before, and it's finally mandating stronger security.
it's still really stupid that TB4 doesn't require it to be USB4 compliant, but that it's 'one' of the options. or has that changed again? I read / heard about industry push back requiring so much new / expensive tech.
if it is split into 2 types, they should mark it TB4a and TB4b or something.
they mentioned dual 4K monitor support...but said nothing about it being DP. is that being dropped from the USBC connection requirements or just an accidental omission?
