Move your Mac to the wall outlet and plug it into the wall and see what kind of speed you are getting.
If your Mac get 450 or 250 then most likely the cable in your wall is fine. The next test is to plug the Mac into the 2nd switch and redo the test. If it pass then plug it directly into the 2nd eero wireless router. If all the physical connection comes back passed then I would start looking at some kind of Wifi interference or the 2nd eero wireless router as the problem.
