Is it the motherboard that's broke?

So, motherboard is clean, caps don't look like they're having a problem, ram sticks + hdd installed in another computer and it boots up just fine. Flash to beta F2c bios and after some BIOS settings I realized that I had to change the storage boot device to support UEFI boot (windows 10 thing I guess) and was able to get it to boot up properly.

Not sure what fixed the problem other than turning on the BIOS setting "Storage boot option control" to "UEFI first" might have been the fix. Still no idea why the problem started in the first place.

eh no long term solution yet. Random crashes in the OS, freezing up during POST, freezing up on the windows desktop, etc.
