I am sticking with the 2 rtx 2080, planning to build an itx build with the 2nd,besides performance from a single 2080 is pretty much enough to drive 100+ fps, I think, for now I'll play with this sli setup

You might... key word "might" be able to break the magical 60fps, but only at 1080p... don't expect any miracles...

I stopped reading at 9900k...

Hyper threading is a must for me due to the work I sometimes do with my pc, I I have tried & sold Ryzen 3700X with Aorus X570 Pro & don't like the temperatures(50-60c idle is rubbish) which is also why I changed to 9900K
Sounds like the problem I had... my 3700x was idling at 55-60c, just launching R6 Siege put it over 80c...

I game at 2k 144hz mainly,BF 5,Monster hunter world,Control,Project cars & GTA V.I always max out graphics settings & expect 100+ fps.Was considering if Ryzen 3900X would be better
What a waste of money. You can game at 1080p and have the exact same experience at 1/3 of the price.
