Keeping a dell T7910 workstation cool?

I'm using a T7910 workstation at work and would like to keep the Xeons under 75oC- right now the cores on one of the CPUS are stuck at around 76-80oC under load.

Generally I run under load for a few days at a time.

Any ideas on cooling this system down?

Maybe installing better 120 fans or a couple of single rad AIO watercooling units? Case doesn't seem to have much in the way of ventilation or places to put fans and things?

Usually in the BIOS there's thermal settings (aka use higher fan speeds).

Those machines are designed to run at those temperatures though, so it's probably nothing to really be concerned about.
