I just came on my computer today to find my shift keys not working, but in turn my capslock key was working as a shift key as was my my enter key for the right shift key.

Kind of odd they just moved up, my Caps lock and Enter key still work the same but when I hold down caps lock and / I will get a question mark.

However I can not do this anymore because I downloaded a program called keytweak, and tried moving everything back to it's rightful place, this worked in making the caps lock key just the caps lock key but the shift keys still do not work, using keytweak to make them shift keys again did nothing.

I tried installing new drivers, tried using a different USB port, I plugged in a Microsoft keyboard and the keys all work fine on that keyboard.

I know no one has touched my computer and the last thing I did with it was play Dragon Age Origins.

Keyboard = Logitech G15 Keyboard [Orange lights, latest G15]

What do I do, mean time I will have to get used to the other keyboard.

also, I would take this to Logitech but I like to come to these forums first because I normally get a quicker response and most the time it's a fix lol.

Thank you everyone.

still under warranty period? seems the shift trace has failed, to repair use a HB pencil on trace to reconnect circuit.

So it would be one trace thing connected to both shift keys?

Pretty sure warranty is expired so ill have to give your suggestion a shot.

Have you tried the keyboard on a different computer? Even if another keyboard works fine on yours, there could be some kind of software issue with the G15. If it definitely doesn't work, just contact Logitech and you should be able to get a replacement without too much trouble. Though I've never had to use their customer support before, from what I hear it is excellent.
