With how the DOJ and ICE basically ignoring the courts, I wouldn't hold my breath about the tariff being repealed. Louis Rossman said it best, people want predictability, with Donny signing whatever tariff he feels like every other week or month, no one is going to bother dealing with it. Look at the EU tariff deal, it was at 35% but then Donny threaten to add another xx% because of the proposed EU tax on tech companies. On certain level, I feel like non-Americans are looking at the situation and just blame the entire situation on the US public since it's them that got Donny in office, they might not even care if a DEM president in office later down the road.
