these are basically AMD powered X series laptops with a 13" option and a 16" option and it looks amazing but for a couple of detractors...

awesome thing - Ryzen Pro 6000 U series for 13" and H series for 16"
awesome thing - Navi 2 iGPU with optional RX 6500M for 16" available
awesome thing - WiFi 6E w/Bt 5.2 and LTE CAT4 and CAT16 (16" only) radios
awesome thing - USB C / USB4*
boastful thing - made of 'recycled aluminum'
good thing - FHD 1080p IR Webcam
odd thing - 13" has 2.8K 2800 x 1880 OLED display that's 400 nits, 100% DCI-P3 and color calibrated. 16" has 4K 3840 x 2400 OLED that's also 400 nits, 100% DCI-P3, color calibrated, but also includes Dolby Vision
what were you thinking thing - 32GB max RAM, dual channel, soldered
usual thing - 13" has 50Wh battery; 16" had 70Wh battery
not good, not bad thing - 13" weighs 2.78lbs; 16" weighs 4.3lbs

*USB4 can mean so many things it's stupid, so no clue if this could have DP / TB3 or 4 capability. If the USB C is only USB, then another not good, not bad thing would be no display output option, you must use a dongle or dock to get external display support.

only 32GB of RAM is an absolutely inane decision! Intel seems to still leverage it's weight so an absolutely AMD product that will smash everything Intel has to offer has a handicap to give Intel a chance. :P

im hoping the Asus X Flow 13 isnt going to be in the $4000 range as that would be a nice upgrade from the Surface Pro im using when on the go for whatever reason vsync doesn't work and tearing is a thing regardless of setting or os or driver.

but good to see innovation now just bring up the nits from 400 to least 800+ imagine a QD Oled from samsung on a labtop lol.

They look very nice! And now for the price :sneaky:
AMD products from Lenovo are usually substantially lower in price compared to the Intel equivalents. $900 vs $1200 on just the entry ThinkPad E14 / E15's with R5, 8GB, 256GB vs i5, 8GB, 256GB and the AMD is so much better!

also, I hope the half pound extra weight over the X1 Extreme and P1 is due to more cooling capacity as the current generations of those two Intel models are notorious for heat issues...and not just because they're alu vs. carbon fiber.
