You will have to use a program like Prifinity to mess with the clients' priorities to tweak with the PPD.10 e, I plan on running two GTX480 on the board. Do you have any idea of the loss of PPD on Bigadv vs the GPU gians ? I guess I will try it for myslf, but I was wondering if it was worth it running the GPU or not.

edit: to answer the question in regards to GPU folding on the SR2; the Optimization thread @ [H] mentions some, but remember that the bonus is exponential; I don't believe any lost cycles to GPU folding could make up in the loss of CPU bonus points. As 10e mentionned, there is a member over there that it 190k ppd with his SR2 rig... but I'd say the average is over 100k ppd, mixing the various WUs.To qualify for bonus points, you must use a passkey and you must complete at least 10 SMP WUs using that passkey. You must also maintain at least an 80% completion rate. (SMP WUs can use FahCore_a1 _a2 or _a3.) Once you're qualified, the Bonus Points are applicable to either bigadv WUs (which currently use FahCore_a2) or those that use FahCore_a3.
It's somewhere between 250 - 300 PPD/watt which is very high. Something like 4 or 5 times the best GPUs out there.cool. i havent done the math, but ppd per kwh and perhaps maybe for dollar spent on hardware should be decent.

The 68xx units seem to use almost NO CPU while folding, whereas the older units on GPU3 seemed to use a constant 3% of my Thuban (equal to 18% of a core) per GPU3 GTx 4xx client.10 e, I plan on running two GTX480 on the board.
