3 SR- 2 coming in line in the next two weeks  24 thread each

Like I said in the other thread, NCIX doesn't look all that high and mighty once we get these SR-2s up and running. We may not pass them but we most definitely will be closing the gap.

Yup we are really putting out the PPD! Great job folks!

We will also regain 30th spot very soon for total points, and 29 is coming too...

China Folding@Home Power is actually a pretty vulnerable team. They have one folder at 750,000 PPD. Take that folder away and HWC would likely retake their spot and open a gap.

I've seen it a number of times, where that user with the huge PPD disappears and the team falls off the map.

Well damnit, now you guys have got me checking SR-2 prices. Looks like the BST section will be busy this winter. This team will definitely be rockin' by the time Chimps Challenge rolls around.:punk:

My SR-2 with dual Xeon x5650s at 195x20, or 3.9Ghz gets anywhere between 50+K PPD on 670x units to over 145K PPD on 2692/6900 BigAdv units. 2685/2686 get over 135K PPD for me.

Regular SMP A3 units get in the vicinity of 85 - 90K PPD, and BigAdv 2864s about the same.

There is one user who has a dual x5680 Xeon config running them both at 4.25+Ghz and is getting up to 160K PPD, but his overclock is higher than most.

Generally with the L5640 or L5639 chips, you should see close to 195 - 200 mhz BCLK so 3.5 - 3.6Ghz on these boards and up to around 125 - 130K PPD on the "better" BigAdv units.
