let's make a list of ATX 3.0 PSU and those that support 12VHPWR

As a sidenote, this psu is replacing my Silverstone ST1000-P which has been in all my builds for more than a decade. I think it's time to retire it. If memory serves, I believe I paid around $230 on sale.
