As a sidenote, this psu is replacing my Silverstone ST1000-P which has been in all my builds for more than a decade. I think it's time to retire it. If memory serves, I believe I paid around $230 on sale.

Feel the same with my old 1000 G Evga except I replaced it because it wasn't supported by new cables earliest was G2.
