Looking for reviews of Memory Express

I've bought 90% of my IT stuff from MemExpress. never had the least bit of problems with them. Great shipping policy - lately they've had free shipping wednesdays don't know how long that will continue. Regular shipping is only $4.99 even to my small town - NCIX would not ship without a surcharge to small town Alberta and Newegg.ca would ship to me at all. I have used their price match ruthlessly and it's great. Works on line and in person but if you go in person be sure to have your research done, they won't look up prices for you. They do have a good selection of clearance and marked down open box stuff in the store too if you are a bargain shopper - almost picked up a new case just because it was on such a great deal - but I didn't need one and better sense prevailed. But I was tempted.

Great to hear such good things about them. I purchased my new video card through them and they were quick to ship. We're talking half an hour after ordering I got an email saying it shipped. There wasn't anything to do with the Metro Last Light promo in the box so I contacted them about it and they were again quick to answer with a picture of the voucher and got that all cleared up. As far as dealing with them it's been great!

Best price matching in my opinion and the shipping is almost always lower than to ncix\newegg\etc.

use them very frequently in town, haven't really had a real problem, just minor annoyances. Ordering online will be great, and they will always price beat as long as you follow the rules.

I've been starting to buy from ME a lot more now. With their superior price match policy, it just makes all their competitors look dated. I used to shop with NCIX but honestly their order processing has got to be the slowest in the business. If only ME would open a store/warehouse in Ontario..

They need to replenish some of their stock especially at their Richmond store.

Just to add to MemEx Praise;

I was looking at getting a Mech Keyboard and was torn between MX Reds, Browns or Blacks. I asked if I could try a brown and red in the store just to see how the keyboards feel and they opened up a new K70 keyboard and a Coolermaster mechanical with browns and let me mash on them for a couple minutes. Ended up going with the K70, but I was definitely pleased with the help. I know most stores should let you look at a product if you have a concern or are uncertain about something in it, but it was nice not to have a clerk that moaned or made it seem like a big deal and just happily opened a box (and even tore off the taped on wrapper that was on the CM!)

They need to add EMT payment pronto. Im surprised Newegg did last year, im still surprised that ME still haven't implemented a system.

Memory Express is my primary supplier - research the best price then go for their "uber price match plus 25%" - never had any issues with them and they ship to my rural address for a flat $4.99 (something NCIX.ca nor Newegg.ca will not do, NCIX at least will ship to my office street address - which is a joke because we don't get street delivery even at the office, it all goes to the post office for pick up, and Newegg.ca won't even ship to rural Canada at all - at least not to either one of my postal codes (home nor office). Only thing with Memory Express is that they do not carry quite as many different items as NCIX but still offer plenty.

Sorry for the thread revival...
Soo made a new build this week and had some issues.
They diagnosed it right there and the girl working the counter brought out another power supply as it was booting. They hooked it up and it didn't boot and I told them it's possible the board is fried. No fans, not post nothing. Even though it was clear what the diagnosis was they still told me they need to take it in to diagnose the issue and had to pay 50 bucks. Then way 4-6 days for it to even get to a bench... Sighhh
